Return & Refund Policy

At HumanBean Farming, we take pride in delivering high-quality animals, products, and custom setups. Due to the nature of our business, our refund and return policy is designed to ensure fairness, animal welfare, and product integrity.

1. Live Animals (Chicks, Quails, Birds, etc.)

Due to the sensitive nature of live animals, the following conditions apply:

  • No returns are accepted on live animals.
  • We guarantee that all animals are healthy and in good condition at the time of collection or dispatch.
  • Once animals leave our care, we are not responsible for:
    • Environmental conditions
    • Handling or transport stress
    • Improper care or housing

DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy

  • In the rare event of a DOA, you must:
    • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery/collection
    • Provide clear photo/video evidence
  • Approved claims may qualify for:
    • A replacement (preferred), or
    • Store credit
  • Claims submitted after the 24-hour window will not be accepted.

2. Feed & Perishable Products

  • Feed and perishable items cannot be returned or refunded once sold, due to contamination and storage risks.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours with proof.

3. Farming Supplies & Equipment

We accept returns on unused items under the following conditions:

  • Item must be:
    • Unused
    • In original packaging
    • In resellable condition
  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Customers are responsible for:
    • Return shipping costs
    • Ensuring safe return of the item

Once received and inspected, we will issue:

  • A refund, or
  • Store credit, depending on the situation

4. Custom-Made Setups & Enclosures

All custom-built products (including cages, enclosures, or farming setups):

  • Are non-refundable and non-returnable
  • Are built according to customer specifications and approval

We will only assist if:

  • There is a manufacturing defect, or
  • The product does not match the agreed design

In such cases, we may:

  • Repair the product, or
  • Offer a partial solution at our discretion

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before production or dispatch
  • Once:
    • Animals are prepared
    • Custom work has started
    • Orders are shipped

Cancellations are no longer allowed

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via:
    • Original payment method, or
    • Store credit

7. Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to decline refunds or returns that do not meet the above conditions
  • All claims must include clear proof (photos/videos)
  • By purchasing from us, you agree to this policy
