At HumanBean Farming, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, efficiently, and with the highest level of care—especially when it comes to live animals.
1. Order Processing Times
- All standard orders are processed within 10–12 business days
- Custom-built setups are processed within 10–14 business days (depending on complexity)
All orders are scheduled based on availability, logistics, and animal welfare considerations. You will be notified once your order is confirmed and ready for dispatch.
2. Shipping Methods
We offer courier delivery only.
- All orders are delivered directly to your door via trusted courier services
- No collections are permitted at our premises, as this poses a biosecurity and safety risk to our livestock
- Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout
For custom or bulk orders, shipping may be arranged separately where required.
3. Live Animal Shipping
The safety and welfare of our animals is our top priority.
- All live animals are couriered directly to the customer’s address
- Animals are:
- Carefully inspected before dispatch
- Securely packaged for safe and humane transport
- We may delay shipping if:
- Weather conditions are unsafe
- Transport conditions could compromise animal welfare
Customer Responsibilities
- You must be available to receive the animals immediately upon delivery
- You must have your enclosure ready upon arrival, with food and water available for the livestock
Risk & Responsibility
- Responsibility transfers to the customer once animals are:
- Handed over to the courier
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Order size and weight
- Delivery location
- Final shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed
- Custom or bulk orders may require manual shipping quotes
5. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times:
- Local Deliveries: 1–3 business days
- Regional Deliveries: 2–5 business days
- Remote Areas: May take longer depending on courier services
Please note: These are estimates only and may vary due to external factors.
6. Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier companies
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays or unforeseen circumstances
However, we will always do our best to assist and keep you informed.
7. Damaged or Lost Orders
- If your order arrives damaged (non-livestock items), contact us within 24 hours with photo evidence
- For live animals, please refer to our DOA (Dead on Arrival) policy
We will assess each case and provide a suitable solution where applicable.
8. Order Tracking
- Tracking details will be provided where available
- Some live animal deliveries may be coordinated directly for safety and timing
9. Incorrect Shipping Information
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details
- We are not responsible for:
- Delays or losses due to incorrect addresses
Additional fees may apply for re-delivery.
