Live Animals

  • All live animals are sold as-is and are confirmed healthy at the time of dispatch or collection
  • Responsibility for care transfers fully to the customer once animals leave our premises

Custom Products

  • Custom-built items (e.g., enclosures, farming setups) are made to order and are non-refundable, except in cases of proven defects

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in ZAR and are subject to change without notice
  • We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors
  • Payment must be received in full before orders are processed or dispatched

5. Shipping & Risk

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to external factors
  • Risk of loss and ownership transfers to the customer upon:
    • Collection, or
    • Dispatch from our facility

We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by third-party couriers.

6. Returns & Refunds

All returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

  • Live animals are non-returnable
  • Claims (including DOA) must follow the guidelines outlined in our policy
  • Custom products are non-refundable unless defective
